Licensed Software

The Department has licenses available for the following software:

• Microsoft Development Tools (MSDN) including Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server
• IntelliJ
• PyCharm

Copies of MSDN software can be requested by completing the form and paying the fee at the Computer Science Reception: Room 317 in the Computer Science Building.

Free or Open Source Software

The following specialized software used in our Computer Laboritories is also available to you free of charge on the Internet:

• Android Studio
• Unity 3D individual edition
• Eclipse
• Netbeans
• Android SDK
• Linux operating system. Many distributions are available though we use Ubuntu Desktop on our Computer Laboratories workstations.
• MySQL
• Other free and open source software.
