Iskender: It is our specialty, Leg of lamb roasted, cut into small pieces, underneath with naan bread, garlic yogurt, tomato sauce, served with some salad and rice.
Chicken Guvec: It is oven baked, small pieces chicken fillet breast with tomato, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic and topped with cheese.
Guvec: It is oven baked vegetable top cheese.
Yagni: Spicy lamb chops cooked with pickled onion.
Chicken Beyti: Char-grilled minced chicken fillet, rolled with naan bread and yogurt.
Chicken Kebab: Marinated char grilled chicken fillet.
Dessert: Baklava with ice-cream.
